Assured Mediation Limited is regulated by the Ministry of Justice in respect of regulated claims management activities. We specialise in financial products and services and our management and staff have many years experience in this area.

We operate throughout the UK from our West Midlands base and provide a service of which we are proud. Our Consultants will guide you through the procedures and complete the paperwork to enable the process to begin.

To explain the process to you
To gather information on the credit agreements you want us to review
To complete an audit of the agreements
To liaise with the credit providers and agree a settlement
To appoint specialist solicitors to process the case if legal action is required
To take court action to reduce partially or completely the alleged balance and to recover certain charges and interest if applicable.

We try to complete the process within 4 to 6 months but it can take up to 12 months in certain circumstances.
